We're searching for an experienced Paid Media & Retargeting Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our retargeting campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing the company's online presence by strategically re-engaging audiences and improving conversion rates.

To succeed in this position, you should be analytical, proactive, and a strong team player with a deep understanding of retargeting strategies and performance optimization.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retargeting campaigns on LinkedIn and remarketing campaigns on Google Ads to re-engage audiences and drive conversions.
• Manage end-to-end digital advertising projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Optimize paid media campaigns based on performance data, continuously improving ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to refine audience targeting and ad creatives.
• Monitor KPIs, report on campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or Digital Media Manager, with a strong background in retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads remarketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and ad personalization.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
