Olya Shagina began their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Manager at the Life Coaching Center, where they worked until 2007. Olya then joined Flores LTD in 2007, starting as a Sales Representative and later advancing to the role of Sales Lead Manager. At Flores LTD, they were responsible for sales department work planning, mentoring new employees, tracking and processing sales orders, searching for new clients, participating in tenders and negotiations, logistics and monitoring of orders with manufacturers, and providing full customer support. Olya also introduced and developed new marketing strategies, leading to the expansion of the client base and winning a record tender worth half a million USD.

In 2020, Olya joined Internet Vikings as an International Account Manager. Olya later became the Head Account Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Sales. In their current role, they are responsible for account management, sales, and SDR management, including hiring, training, and providing professional development for teams. Olya sets goals and KPIs based on team performance, evaluates and adjusts performance, and develops sales processes. Olya works closely with the CCO on the sales strategy and ensures its execution.

Olya Shagina obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they earned another Master's degree in Computer Science from Odessa National Polytechnic University. In 2011 to 2012, they attended The New America College in Denver, Colorado, studying English. Olya also participated in an exchange student program in the United States from 2009 to 2012. Finally, they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Odessa Technical College from 2003 to 2009.
