Emiel Coltof

Emiel Coltof is a highly experienced professional in knowledge management, research, and advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Programme Officer - Knowledge & Learning at Internews since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the HIVE intranet, managing knowledge systems, and facilitating learning products. Prior to this, Emiel held the position of Senior Research Officer at Lumos, directing impactful global research projects on children's institutions and education, and influencing care reform and anti-trafficking policies. Emiel's diverse background includes roles in trusts and grants management at Conciliation Resources, development bid writing at Certitude, and various research and writing positions for organizations focused on human rights and social justice. Emiel holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International Justice from Leiden University College.
