Emilie Margell

Emilie Margell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Performance Management at Internews, where Emilie has held various roles since February 2013, including Senior Manager of People & Performance and Recruitment and Hiring Manager. Emilie's expertise encompasses managing recruitment processes, overseeing HRIS transactions, and leading Applicant Tracking and On/Offboarding systems, in addition to performing general HR duties.
