Sabrina Grillmayr has a diverse work experience. Sabrina started their career in 2015 as a Marketing Intern at delfort. In 2015, they also worked as a Youth Coordinator at Rotes Kreuz Oberösterreich until 2018. From 2017 onwards, they worked as a Trainer on a freelance basis. From 2018 to 2021, they worked in various roles within the Marketing department at Internorm. Sabrina'sroles included Marketing Specialist and later Head of Marketing & Communication. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of international Brand at the same company.

Sabrina Grillmayr attended Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Magister degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Economics). Sabrina also pursued studies in Wirtschaftspädagogik (Business Education) at the same university starting in 2011, but it is unclear if they completed a degree in that field. In December 2017, Sabrina obtained a certification as a Fach- und Verhaltenstrainer (Professional and Behavioral Trainer) from the institution European Train.
