Kari Kaugerud

Kari Kaugerud has a strong background in finance and corporate organization with experience in various leadership roles. Kari worked as the VP Finance at Helly Hansen since November 2017. Prior to that, they held roles at Interoil Exploration & Production ASA, where they were the Chief of Corporate Organization and later took on the additional responsibilities of Audit and Accounting. Kari was also the Head of Group Accounting and Controlling at Marine Subsea AS and had managerial roles at Revisorkollegiet AS and Gulliksen og Holmen ANS. Kari'sresponsibilities included policy development, internal audit functions, CSR strategy implementation, compliance, financial reporting, and sustainability reporting.

Kari Kaugerud has an extensive education history. In 1984, they attended Tinius Olsen Skole where they studied Allmenfag med EDB. Following that, from 1987 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Auditing at Oslo and Akershus University College. In 2007, Kari earned a Bachelor's degree in IFRS from the University of South-Eastern Norway. Kari continued their education at BI Norwegian Business School, starting with an Executive Master in Prestasjoner i organisasjoner, although the specific starting and ending years are unknown. Kari then completed an Executive Master of Management with a specialization in Internrevisjon; Governance-Risikostyring-Intern styring og kontroll from 2016 to 2017, and an Executive Master of Management in International Management from 2015 to 2016.
