Lisa Murray, APR, CPRC

Lisa Murray, APR, CPRC has over 13 years of experience in the communications and marketing field. Lisa began their career in 2006 as a Journalist at East Carolina University. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Wake Forest Baptist Health in a variety of roles including Media Relations Specialist and Media Support Specialist. In 2011, they began working as an Associate Public Relations Consultant at A.S. Garland Marketing/PR while also serving as a Contributing Writer at Weiss and Hughes Publishing. In 2013, they became a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Haystak Digital Marketing, and in 2014 they moved to Pushing the Envelope, Inc. as a Communication Strategist. Since 2016, they have been with Interop Technologies, where they have held roles such as Director, Corporate Communications, Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Integrated Marketing Communications Manager.

Lisa Murray, APR, CPRC completed their Bachelor of Science in College of Fine Arts and Communication from East Carolina University in 2007. In 2016, they obtained their Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). In 2018, they obtained their Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) from the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA). In 2019, they obtained their Inbound Marketing Certificate, Inbound Certification, and Contextual Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy.
