Lyubomir Rusev

Lyubomir Rusev is an accomplished senior build project manager specializing in network build, currently serving at EXA Infrastructure since September 2021 and maintaining a similar role at Interoute Bulgaria since July 2006. Rusev has a rich background in project management, having held positions such as Senior Manager of Build Project Management and Network Operations Manager at Interoute Bulgaria and Senior Build Project Manager at GTT from June 2018 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Network Operations & Product Development Manager at Telecom Partners Network and Network Operations Manager at GOCIS. Rusev holds a Ph.D. in Low Speed Voice Coding for Mobile Applications from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, which was completed between 1988 and 1993, and has a foundational education from the 21st High School in Sofia, Bulgaria.
