Jennifer Vidal-Gianni

Jennifer Vidal-Gianni serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Interparfums, Inc. since February 2022, playing a crucial role in leading global HR strategy across multiple regions and reporting directly to the CEO. As a member of the Executive Committee, Jennifer has successfully implemented significant HR initiatives such as revamped recruitment strategies, performance management programs, and global engagement efforts. Prior to Interparfums, Jennifer founded and led Ceres HR Consulting, worked as a Change and Transformation Leader at Notion Consulting, and held various HR leadership roles at Novares Group, ARC International, and STMicroelectronics. Jennifer holds multiple master's degrees, including in Human Resources and Communication from Sciences Po, and has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, talent development, and corporate social responsibility.
