Pat Martin

Pat Martin is an experienced professional in the capital projects and restoration sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Capital Projects at InterPark since December 2016. In this role, Pat Martin evaluates and oversees construction related to property asset repair, maintenance, and renovation, as well as assessing physical structures for potential acquisitions. Prior to InterPark, Pat Martin held various leadership positions at Carl Walker, Inc. from June 2003 to November 2016, including Vice President of Restoration, where responsibilities included directing national sales, marketing, and project quality in the Restoration Service Sector. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at McDonough Associates from December 1999 to June 2003. Pat Martin earned a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999.
