Tamara Box

Tamara Box has extensive experience in the finance and advisory sectors, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Structured Finance at Reed Smith LLP since February 2012, where additional roles include Managing Partner EME and Global Chair of the Financial Industry Group. In October 2021, Tamara became the Non Executive Chair at Interpath, a restructuring and debt advisory business, and since September 2021 holds the position of Non Executive Board Member and Member of the Board of Trustees at the Chartered Management Institute, where leadership development is a key focus. In February 2024, Tamara will lead as Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Eve Appeal, a charity dedicated to gynecological cancer awareness, and has served as a Non Executive Director at Hanover Investors Management since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Tamara held significant positions at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Hogan Lovells. Tamara holds a BSc in Monetary Economics from The London School of Economics and a JD in Law from Georgetown Law.
