Elina Sukharenko

Elina Sukharenko has a diverse work experience starting as a Senior Specialist at Merrill Lynch in 2005. Elina later worked at JPMorgan Chase as an Associate before joining Claren Road Asset Management as an Operations Analyst and Trading Assistant. Elina then became the Chief Operating Officer at Selendy & Gay PLLC, where they also served as a Consultant. Elina founded Beyond Ops twice, in 2020 and 2021, and worked as the COO Buy-Side Products at Bloomberg LP. Currently, Elina holds the role of Vice President Operations at InterPayments.

Elina Sukharenko graduated from Hofstra University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business. In 2021, they obtained a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Elina also completed a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
