Carlos’ career has run the gamut, from working as a clerk with floor traders in the gold market on the New York Commodities Exchange, as a New York City bike messenger dodging taxis, and as a moving light technician for museums, music, and performance venues. Then he discovered web development.
He now has more than 10 years of experience as a front-end developer, implementing UX designs and UI components across a variety of platforms. He is committed to helping institutions support their constituents and transforming the way governments and citizens use technology.
