Joe Bozada

Joe Bozada has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 2005. Joe began their career as a Director at Bayer MaterialScience in 2005 and moved on to the Office of the President at Bayer Corporation in 2009. In 2012, they became the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Matthews International, where they were responsible for several key initiatives that added significant value to the company's shareholders. In 2015, they took on roles as Corporate Development at MATRIC | Mid-Atlantic Technology, Research & Innovation Center and Advisor at Puls+. In 2016, they were appointed CEO of both Environmental Service Laboratories, Inc. and Environmental Land Surveying & Solutions Inc. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Appalachia Development Group, LLC. Joe is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Interphase Materials.

Joe Bozada received their MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 1998, where they studied Business. Joe also received their BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University in 1990.
