Casey Cook

Casey Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Casey is currently working as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Interplay Learning, a position they started in 2021. Prior to that, Casey spent four years at Alchemy Systems as an Implementation Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple clients and ensured customer satisfaction. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) in various co-op roles related to logistics project management, customer delivery project management, and procurement project management. Before their time at Nokia, Casey gained sales and customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Fossil and worked as a Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant at Sentry Property Management. In 2007, they also provided in-home care and companionship as an In-Home Care Provider at Home Instead Senior Care while attending Texas Tech University.

Casey Cook attended Plano East Senior High School and graduated in 2006. Following high school, Casey pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University between 2014 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Casey has also obtained several certifications including Customer Service Training from GoSkills.com in January 2019, Project Management for Team Members from GoSkills.com in September 2018, and Project Management Basics from GoSkills.com in August 2018.
