Rogan Griffin

Rogan Griffin has over 15 years of work experience in various technology and engineering roles. Rogan is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Interplay Learning, where they are responsible for leading the development team and making technology architecture decisions for the company. Prior to this role, Rogan served as the Director of Engineering at Interplay Learning, where they led the development team and worked closely with leaders in sales, marketing, and customer support.

Before joining Interplay Learning, Rogan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at PredPol, Inc., where they focused on full stack web development with a specialization in front-end. Rogan designed and built the company's website within a tight timeline. Rogan also has experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Filmbuildr, where they built the entire tech stack, including front-end and backend development.

Rogan's work experience also includes roles at renowned companies such as Pixar Animation Studios, where they served as a Simulation Lead and developed web applications to track project progress and manage employee profiles. Rogan also worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Silverlode Interactive, where they created a game engine and led a team of artists in developing a promotional game. Additionally, Rogan served as a Technical Director at Eggington Productions, where they developed client applications for render farm utilization and automated scene set-up.

Early in their career, Rogan worked as a Web Developer at BYU Open Access Technologies, specializing in ASP.NET and Javascript development. Rogan also gained experience as a Software Developer at Fatpot Technologies, where they developed incident reporting software and designed user interface elements for clients in the public safety sector.
