Troy Davis is a seasoned sales development leader with extensive experience in building and managing SDR organizations across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Sales Development at Interplay Learning since 2025, Troy oversees a team of over 20 SDRs and manages both outbound and inbound sales efforts. Previously, as Director of Sales Development at Correlation One, Troy directed global sales development, surpassing annual quotas of 115% and 103% in 2024 and 2023, respectively. Troy also held positions at Greenhouse Software, achieving exceptional annual quotas and leading the Enterprise SDR organization, while contributing to the promotion of 11 SDRs. Experience in sales roles began at HireVue, Oracle, and Taleo, complemented by military service as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army.
