Hala RUMEAU-MAILLOT, Ph.D., serves as Assistant Director and Head of the Executive Office at INTERPOL since 2014, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice to senior leadership, assisting in the implementation of legal objectives, and managing litigation. Prior experience includes counsel roles at ARENDT & MEDERNACH LAW FIRM, specializing in banking and financial services, and academic positions as Senior Research and Teaching Associate at Strasbourg University and Jean Moulin Lyon III University, focusing on various aspects of European banking and financial law.
