Norman Sim has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Global Helpdesk Administrator (Manager) at INTERPOL since August 2014. In this role, Norman Sim successfully implemented Helpdesk Services and managed service desk staff while overseeing the transition to a new INTERPOL complex. Prior to this, Norman Sim held the position of IT Project Manager at EMAS GROUP from November 2011 to August 2014 and served as Assistant Manager at Temasek from September 2007 to November 2011. Norman Sim began a career in IT as a Senior Engineer at NCS Group from November 2000 to August 2007. Norman Sim holds a degree from University College Dublin, completed between 2004 and 2006.
