Aleksandra (Ola) Waltos has a diverse range of work experience. Aleksandra (Ola) started their career as a Merchandiser at Nestlé S.A. in 2007 and later interned at the European Union in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Specialist on development projects at GP Inter-Solutions. Aleksandra (Ola) then moved on to Consline as an Analyst of Market and Competition in 2012. In the same year, they joined Wrigley, A Subsidiary of Mars, Inc. as a Business Activity Management Associate in the European Marketing Hub. In 2014, they took the role of Visitor Experience Representative at the Hammer Museum. Ola gained experience in social media marketing as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Spongelle LLC in 2015. Their career took off when they joined Interpret in the same year, where they held various roles including Assistant Research Analyst, Research Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, Research Manager, Senior Research Manager, Director, and Executive Director. During their time at Interpret, Ola was responsible for research, business development, team and organizational management, design and data visualization, and received numerous awards for their contributions.
Aleksandra (Ola) Waltos obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in European Master's Program in Consumer Affairs from the Technical University of Munich in the period 2011-2014. Aleksandra (Ola) also holds a Master's degree in European Studies/Civilization from the University of Warsaw, which they acquired from 2007 to 2013.
