Homa Taghizadeh

Homa Taghizadeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in interpretation and coordination roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Interpreter and Residential Support Coordinator at Amentum since September 2021, Homa has also worked as an Immigration Court Interpreter for SOS International LLC since 2017 and as an Interpreter for Interpreters Unlimited, Inc., Native Interpreting, and Certified Languages International since 2016. Additionally, Homa has experience in transcription, having worked for Al Jazeera Media Network, and has held administrative roles, including Office Manager at West Care Chiropractic. Homa's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kabul University and an Associate's degree in French and German Languages from Douglas College, complemented by a diploma in Executive Administrative Assistance from Compu College. As Lead Instructor and Curriculum Developer at SDSU/LARC, Homa provided training and cultural advisory to pre-deployed US military personnel.
