QA Tester

InterPrice is a financial technology platform that enables corporations to have direct access to their cost of capital at any point in time and streamlines their communication with financing partners. Our system is designed to be used by various financing entities / banks and, most importantly, corporate issuers in the capital markets.

Role:

As our QA tester, you will be involved in playing a key role in supporting the product development process and aiding in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of InterPrice’s platform.

Responsibilities Include:

• Writing test cases in Gherkin, modifying existing test cases to fit the Gherkin standardization
• Develop manual and potentially automated test cases
• Executing test plans
• Analytically examining all bug reports, prioritizing necessary tests, and streamlining application functions
• Creating and presenting ideas for system improvements to InterPrice product and the development team
• Working closely with QA, developers, product managers, designers, and others
• Producing specifications and project plans
• Testing new products and systems and regular testing of all current products and systems
• Aiding the product and development team in product deployments and launches
• Documentation and training
• Providing reports to the product team on testing results / automated testing results

Strongly Recommended To Have:

• 3+ years of QA experience, particularly with Gherkin framework
• Experience with functional testing tools including: Gherkin, Selenium, Java, QTP/UFT, JMeter, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with working solo or in a team environment
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to be a self-starter
