Ahmed Fattouh

Founder & Chairman, InterPrivate Acquisition Partners at InterPrivate

Ahmed Fattouh began their career in 1994 as an Investment Banker for Morgan Stanley in the Mergers, Acquisitions, & Restructuring Department where they executed M&A assignments for leading corporate clients. In 1996, they joined Investcorp as a Private Equity Executive and executed private equity investments & leveraged buyouts. In 1998, they founded Baron Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions. In 2001, they founded and built Landmark Value Investments, a diversified alternative investment firm which grew to $700MM in hedge fund and private equity strategies. In 2015, they founded InterPrivate, an investment firm on behalf of a consortium of family offices and UHNW individuals, and InterPrivate Acquisition Partners, the sponsor of InterPrivate Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:AEVA), InterPrivate II Aquisition Corp. (NYSE: IPVA); InterPrivate III Financial Partners (NYSE:IPVF); InterPrivate IV Infratech Partners (NASDAQ: IPVI). Ahmed served as the Founder & CEO of InterPrivate and the Founder & Chairman of InterPrivate Acquisition Partners.

Ahmed Fattouh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Service, Economics, International Finance & Commerce from Georgetown University between 1991 and 1994. Ahmed is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Stanford University, with an anticipated completion date in 2026. Prior to that, they attended King School between 1985 and 1991.
