David Nealy

David Nealy is an accomplished accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and policy development. Currently serving as Vice President, Global Assistant Controller and Chief Accountant at Interpublic Group (IPG) since June 2011, Nealy oversees global accounting policies and external reporting. Prior roles at IPG include Vice President, Chief Accountant - External Reporting & Policy and Senior Director, External Reporting and Policy, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of accounting policies, as well as oversight of SEC reporting processes. Earlier experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers included roles as Manager in Transaction Services and Senior Associate in Audit, focusing on transaction support and financial statement audits. Additionally, Nealy served as Logistics Manager for the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games. Nealy holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
