Jennifer Morwin has extensive experience in executive compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Global Executive Compensation at Interpublic Group since June 2010. Prior to IPG, Jennifer worked at Towers Perrin as a Senior Associate in Executive Compensation, where responsibilities included competitive compensation analysis, incentive plan design audits, and proxy disclosure calculations. Jennifer also has experience at General Electric as an Equity Award Specialist, managing relationships with brokers and overseeing equity award delivery for executives.
