Patricia Hinerman

Patricia Hinerman is the current Chief Information Officer at Interpublic Group. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Director - Finance Systems at Covance Inc from July 2007 to November 2008. In this role, they were accountable for the delivery of a global, enterprise-wide PeopleSoft financials implementation, which included 12 modules across finance, supply chain and project accounting & billing. This implementation also included over 200 reports, 75 interfaces, 60 data conversions, 100 batch jobs/schedule, and security. Hinerman was also responsible for managing the relationship with the 3rd Party integration solution partner and supervised IT staff, which included DBAs, PeopleSoft administrators, and developers (on & off-shore). In addition to this, they were responsible for delivering the pre-production and production infrastructure environments (servers, licensing, data center readiness, desktop readiness, disaster recovery, etc.) and also managed a multi-million dollar program budget for IT labor, infrastructure & software purchasing.

Patricia Hinerman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton.
