Andy Marshall has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, starting as a Closer at Waterfield and working their way up to their current position as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Interra Credit Union. Throughout their career, Andy has taken on leadership roles, overseeing lending teams, small business divisions, and branch locations. With a Bachelor of Science in Business and additional education from the Graduate School of Banking at Wisconsin, Andy brings a strong educational background to their executive roles.
