Leah T. possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Commercial Loan Team Leader at Interra Credit Union since June 2012. Leah's roles have included Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist and Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist, where a focus on providing superior member service and enhancing member relationships has been paramount. Previous positions at Interra include Sr. Member Advisor, where responsibilities included assisting with account changes, conducting consumer loan interviews, and providing notary services. Prior to Interra, Leah held roles at Chartwell Hospitality as a Front Desk/Night Auditor and at The Home Depot as a part-time cashier, in addition to working as a Front Desk/Night Auditor at CSM Corporation. Leah earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Ball State University - Miller College of Business between 2000 and 2004.
