Mr. McGahan has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business focusing on the multi-residential apartment and commercial property sectors. He has successfully purchased, sold, financed, and managed over 300 properties valued in excess of $4 Billion. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Mr. McGahan has also been a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker for over 20 years.
