Tania Galluccio is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Management Partner at InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust since January 2022, Tania provides leadership support, coaching, and training. Prior to this role, Tania held the position of Human Resources Manager at Valsoft Corporation from July 2019 to January 2022, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and managing employee benefits and HR systems. Tania's earlier experience at Valnet as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Manager involved the implementation of modern recruitment processes and active collaboration with hiring managers. Tania holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English Literature and Classical Studies from McGill University, along with a DEC from Dawson College.
