Veronika Nogovitsina has extensive experience in executive search and consulting, currently serving as a Client Partner and Consultant at InterSearch Middle East, focusing on sectors such as FinTech, Banking, Construction, Real Estate, and Trading since 2022. As the Founder of Ru Ivy League and WiseTree, Veronika has developed communities and platforms for knowledge sharing among Russian-speaking alumni and business professionals in the UAE and GCC. Prior roles with Kontakt InterSearch Russia involved directorship across various departments including Banking and FMCG, emphasizing client relationships and candidate assessment. Veronika also held a significant position at Procter & Gamble, overseeing talent supply and recruitment strategies in Russia and Belarus. Veronika holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from the Higher School of Economics and completed executive education at INSEAD.
