Joanna Czarnocka-Tworzynska

Joanna Czarnocka-Tworzynska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and management. As the Founder and Managing Partner of CTER Executive Recruitment & Interim Management since 2001, Joanna has established a reputation for providing high-quality services. Additionally, Joanna serves as a Partner in Poland for both Senior Management Worldwide and InterSearch, expanding the reach of CTER's executive resourcing capabilities. In response to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Joanna co-founded and currently serves as an activist and board member for Fundacja Sikorki na Ukrainie, which supports Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Warsaw.
