Jumi Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and executive search across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Startup Scaleup Division and Managing Director at InterSearch since September 2019, Jumi previously co-founded Neounicorn Partners, focusing on financial products and services for diverse sectors in Asia. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GE, HR Manager at Samsung Life Insurance, and Human Resources Specialist at Bogopa/Food Bazaar Supermarkets. Jumi's educational background includes a BA and MA in Korean Language and Literature from Korea University, a PhD ABD in Applied Zen Buddhism from Dongguk University, and an MBA in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources from Brigham Young University.
