M.Fatih Algan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive search. Currently serving as Partner and Global Head of Commercial Goods Practice at InterSearch since November 2020, M.Fatih Algan has a strong background in HR consultancy, demonstrated through the role of Managing Partner at Ageo International, also held since November 2020. Previous positions include Managing Partner at Nicholson International Turkey, HR Director at Whirlpool EMEA, HR Manager at Componenta, and HR&Administration Manager at Cem Bialetti, among others. M.Fatih Algan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from Beykent University and has additional degrees in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Gediz University and Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona and Istanbul University.
