Darshan Nagavara

Darshan Nagavara has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Darshan is currently the Chief Technology Officer at GoHock since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Intersect from 2017, where they held multiple roles including Technical Solutions Architect, Research Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating advanced research projects, developing software products, and providing solution architecture. Before joining Intersect, Darshan worked as a Software Tester at Smart Health Solutions in 2016, where they focused on creating test scenarios and building automated test cases. Darshan also worked as a Frontend Developer & Support at Glasshat from 2015 to 2016, contributing to the development and testing of a web application. Additionally, they gained experience as an Intern at NSW Office of State Revenue in 2015, where they implemented an IT benefit realization framework. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Tester at Suncorp Group, optimizing a web application for Life Insurance. Darshan also completed an internship at NSOFT (India) Services Pvt Ltd in 2014, where they developed a web portal and analyzed electricity loss.

Darshan Nagavara obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. These include the "Accidental Counsellor" certification from Lifeline Australia in November 2019, the "ISTQB" certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2015, the "Barista" certification from Coffee School in April 2015, the "Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer" certification from Oracle in December 2014, and the "AWS Certified Developer - Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021. Furthermore, Darshan Nagavara obtained "The Power Of Influence" certification from the Australian Institute of Management in April 2023.
