Satish Nair

Satish Nair has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and business sectors. Satish currently holds the position of CEO at Intersect since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Future Food Systems Ltd since July 2019. In 2018, they founded BluePen Consultants, a consultancy and advisory firm focused on fintech, professional services, data, and analytics. From 2012 to 2018, Satish worked at RoZetta Technology, where they held roles as CFO and COO, managing finance operations and overseeing compliance and risk management. Before that, they worked at First Data International as the Director of FP&A, Asia Pacific, and at McCann Worldgroup as the Interim Financial Controller. Satish began their career at Reuters Australia Pty Ltd and later moved to Reuters Singapore Pte. Ltd. as the Assistant Finance Manager. Satish also worked as a Financial Analyst at Citibank India and as an Assistant Manager in Audit & Business Advisory at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Satish Nair's education history begins with their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting & Taxation from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Satish then pursued further education and obtained an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree in Finance & Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1992 and 1995.

Satish also holds a membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia, known as a Member of CA Institute Australia.

In addition to their formal education, Satish Nair obtained a certification in Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis from Coursera in February 2019.
