Kieran T. Gallahue

Kieran T. Gallahue was named Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2019 and interim CEO in June 2019. Previously, he served as Intersect ENT’s Lead Director and member of the Board’s Audit Committee. Kieran has more than 20 years of strategic, operational and corporate management experience in the healthcare industry, with deep expertise in the medical technologies field. He previously served as Chairman and CEO at CareFusion from 2011 until March 2015, and prior to that, he was President, CEO and a Director of ResMed. Kieran also currently serves on the Board of Directors at Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW), a global leader in the science of heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring, and Arena Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ARNA), a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel, transformational medicines across multiple therapeutic areas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
