Becky Moores

Becky Moores is a seasoned environmental professional currently serving as the Director of Environmental and Permitting at Intersect Power since November 2022. With previous roles as Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager at ERM from October 2017 to November 2022, and as Environmental Biologist 4 at CH2M from March 2012 to October 2017, Becky has extensive experience in environmental permitting and planning, project management, and client relations. Specializing in biological assessments, habitat assessments, and compliance with regulations such as the Clean Water Act and NEPA, Becky has contributed to projects across renewable energy, oil and gas, and mining sectors. Becky holds a BS in Environmental Biology from California State University, Northridge, and possesses several certifications including HAZWOPER and USACE Wetland Delineation Training, further cementing expertise in ecosystems, wildlife, and task management.
