Kristen Nelson

Kristen Nelson currently serves as a Specialist in Land Development at Intersect Power since March 2023. Previously, Nelson held the position of Manager of BPO Services at Western Land Services, Inc. from May 2011 to March 2023, overseeing a team of BPO Administrative Technicians, coordinating projects, and managing communication between clients and in-house teams. Nelson's experience also includes serving as a Sr. Project Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed client request management, invoice processing, and auditing assets. Prior to roles in land services, Nelson managed operations at Ludington Big Boy from January 2002 to April 2011, focusing on customer service, employee scheduling, and records management. Nelson holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from West Shore Community College, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
