Dan Melillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as a Real Estate Investor and Advisor at Intersection Development since 2023, Dan previously held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Ensemble Health Partners from 2021 to 2023 following its acquisition of Odeza, which Dan founded and led as CEO from 2016 to 2021. Under Dan's leadership, Odeza developed a unified digital communication platform to enhance health systems' operational efficiency and consumer experience. Prior roles include Director of Technology Operations and Senior Manager of Engineering at Waystar, where Dan played a key role in product delivery and team development, as well as Manager of Enterprise Implementation at R1 RCM, successfully overseeing significant revenue cycle management projects. Dan's career began in GE Healthcare's Digital Technology Leadership Program, and academic credentials include a B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.
