Hugh Norton-Smith

Hugh Norton-Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hugh is currently a Co-Founder and Partner at Intersection Growth Partners since October 2018. In 2021, they joined Intersection Fintech Ventures as a General Partner. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Byron Bay Advisors from November 2016 to November 2018. From March 2014 to December 2016, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Shortlist, a venture-backed digital platform for senior-level hiring. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Director at Goldsmith & Co from 2010 to February 2014. Hugh also had experience in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates from October 2006 to September 2010 and was an Associate at Sheffield Haworth from 2003 to 2006, where they helped establish their New York office and worked in the global banking and investment management practices.
