Hugh Norton-Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hugh is currently a Co-Founder and Partner at Intersection Growth Partners since October 2018. Hugh also had experience in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates from October 2006 to September 2010 and was an Associate at Sheffield Haworth from 2003 to 2006, where they helped establish their New York office and worked in the global banking and investment management practices.
