Sarah Sohm

Sarah Sohm has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sarah started their career as an HR Advisor at Deutsche Bank, where they supported various global teams and focused on talent development and succession planning. Sarah then moved on to Citigroup as a Director, HR Generalist, where they partnered with executive management and supported investment, sales, marketing, operations, and technology staff.

Sarah then joined Nomura as a Vice President, HR Generalist before transitioning to BNP Paribas as a Director, Regional HR Business Partner. In this role, they played a vital role in driving business objectives for the Corporate Banking division and assisting with the acquisition and integration of Fortis.

Continuing their career progression, Sarah joined AllianceBernstein as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner, collaborating with executive management and regional business heads to align global and regional initiatives across various HR functions. Their focus was on staffing, talent development, succession planning, reductions in force, performance management, and compensation.

Sarah's most recent role was at Intersection Co., where they served as a Senior HR Business Partner. Intersection is an experience-driven media and technology company that provides programming, consumer amenities, and advertising to cities. Sarah was responsible for enhancing the city experience by delivering sustainable solutions and engaging programming.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong ability to partner with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and align regional and global strategies.

Sarah Sohm completed an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from eCornell in 2013. Sarah then obtained a BA degree in French from Ohio Wesleyan University.
