Guy Bavage is an experienced Training and Development Officer currently employed at Realise Training since December 2020 and at Interserve Learning & Employment since February 2018. At Interserve, Guy has played a pivotal role in supporting pre-licence drivers through their apprenticeship program, notably being the first Training and Development Officer in the country to assist apprentices in successfully completing their End Point Assessment. Previous roles include PCV Driver at Arriva Bus (UK) and PSV Driver at Arriva Group, alongside assessment and verification responsibilities at Principal Skills. Guy’s earlier experience also includes a position as a Training Officer with Durham County Council. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Education from The University of Huddersfield, having attended Bassleton Comprehensive from 1973 to 1978.
