Elizabeth Holden

Since 2012, Elizabeth has held non-executive positions in the listed and private sectors, including at Clarion Housing Association, HML Holdings Plc and Viewber Ltd. She previously sat on the board of Great Portland Estates plc. At Interserve, Elizabeth chairs the Remuneration Committee.

Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Slaughter and May, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and governance.
