Dr. Ulrich Ackermann

Dr. Ulrich Ackermann has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. Dr. Ulrich started their career at Henkel in 2001, where they worked as the Manager of Group Accounting and later as the Head of Subsidiary Controlling. Dr. Ulrich then moved on to become the Director of Treasury Management for the Henkel Group and served in this role from 2005 to 2007. From 2008 to 2009, Dr. Ackermann worked as the CFO for Henkel Norden, overseeing operations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. In 2010, they joined Arla Foods as the CFO for Germany and Austria, and later became the Director of Finance for Arla Foods Central Europe. Most recently, Dr. Ackermann has been working as the Group Finance Director and Generalbevollmächtigter for Intersnack Group since 2015.

Dr. Ulrich Ackermann completed their education with a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Münster in 1997. Dr. Ulrich went on to earn a Dr. rer. oec. degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Ruhr University Bochum, graduating in 2000. In 2007, they attended the IESE Business School for an Advanced Management Practice program. In 2013, they also completed an Executive Leadership Program at the London Business School.
