Finn-Lasse Pieper

Finn-Lasse Pieper is an experienced Agile Master currently employed at intersoft AG since February 2023. Previously, Finn-Lasse served as the Head of Web Technology for Hamm-Reno-Group GmbH & Co. KG from November 2018 to February 2023, leading an international team in E-Commerce IT and owning the agile development process using Scrum. Prior to that, Finn-Lasse held roles at Etribes, first as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead in August 2018, and earlier as a Lead Project Manager until September 2018, where responsibilities included managing complex E-Commerce projects encompassing development, design, user experience, and quality assurance. Additional experience includes positions at Netshops Commerce GmbH and various roles in project management and finance during academic years at Leuphana University of Lüneburg and AIESEC Deutschland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Marketing from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and an Abitur focusing on Economic Sciences from Berufliche Schule des Kreises Nordfriesland.
