Awais Malik has over 13 years of experience in operations and strategy. From 2012 to present, they have served as the Head of Operations & Strategy for Intersoft, where they have blended strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and advised on developing and defining operational strategies to help clients around the world solve their most critical problems. Awais'sareas of expertise include start-up operations and ongoing operational excellence, as well as creating and implementing complete marketing and customer support infrastructures. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Operations Supervisor for Premier BPO, Inc. and Supervisor Contact Center Division for Ovex Technologies Pakistan.
Awais Malik completed a BA (Hons) Business Studies at the School of Technology and Management London from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained A Levels from Cardinal School Lahore from 2001 to 2003.
