Hugh Nelson

Hugh Nelson, CAPS, currently serves as Regional Director at Advenir Living since January 2023. With extensive experience in property management, Nelson has held various leadership roles, including Regional Manager at Castlegate Property Group/First Communities, where oversight included a portfolio of nine multifamily assets in Georgia. Previous positions include Floating Regional Director at RangeWater Real Estate, Global Director of Property Operations at Atlas Apartment Homes, and Senior Portfolio Operations Director at Progress Residential®, among others. Nelson's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher Diploma from St. Marys Academy, supplemented by a certification from AAGO in 2019.
