Mariana Marquez has over seven years of experience in operations and staffing within the multifamily industry. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at InterSolutions, LLC since June 2021, Mariana has also held roles as Assistant Regional Operations Manager and Staffing Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Mariana worked at BG MULTIFAMILY from May 2016 to May 2021 as a Staffing Coordinator, where expertise in recruitment and operations was further developed.
