Nkemofah Mbi Chimontoh is a skilled humanitarian professional with extensive experience in gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, case management, and community protection initiatives. Currently serving as a Caseworker Team-leader at INTERSOS, Nkemofah oversees case management activities while providing training and capacity building to staff and local authorities on GBV and protection principles. Previous roles include Independent Consultant for Aid Without Borders, focusing on gender and protection issues, as well as GBV, Gender and Protection Officer at INTERSOS. Nkemofah’s educational background includes certifications in conflict prevention and maritime security, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Public Law and Law and Administration of Decentralized Territorial Collectivities from the University of Yaoundé II.
